The Governance of the Rehoboth Bay Sailing Association is vested in a Board of Trustees and a set of Officers as defined in the club by-laws. Trustees are elected at the annual membership meeting to serve a term of three years.
The Board of Trustees elects a set of officers and appoints committees that oversee the day-to-day operation of the club. These are the Officers, Trustees, and Committee Chairs and Co-chairs for 2008.
